42200 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the 42200 platform. By registering for or using this platform, you agree to comply with all provisions stated below. Please read carefully before proceeding.
These terms apply to all registered users in Malaysia. Effective date: 1 January 2026.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 42200 platform — whether through the website or mobile app — you automatically agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.
42200 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with the latest version.
Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes the user's acceptance of those changes.

Account Creation & Security
To register an account with 42200, you must be at least 18 years of age and a valid Malaysian resident or citizen. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account registrations are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity carried out through your account — whether authorised or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact the 42200 support team immediately at [email protected].
42200 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — such as a copy of your MyKad or passport — before processing withdrawals or when suspicious account activity is detected. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your withdrawal being delayed.
42200 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user who violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, holds more than one account, or provides false information during registration. Users may also request to close their own account by contacting the support team.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Every 42200 user agrees to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and within the bounds of applicable Malaysian law. Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to hack, attack, or compromise the security of the platform's systems
- Transferring funds between accounts for the purpose of money laundering or any other illegal activity
- Providing false personal information or impersonating another person during registration
- Exploiting technical errors or system bugs to gain unauthorised advantage
- Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to use your account
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances linked to the relevant activity, and legal action where necessary.
The 42200 platform is for personal use only. Any form of professional gambling involving third parties, syndicates or commercial money exchange is strictly prohibited. Users found engaging in such activity may be subject to legal action.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the 42200 platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms govern all financial activity:
Deposits into your 42200 account can be made via supported payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX and Boost. Minimum deposit amounts vary depending on the selected payment method. Any charges or fees imposed by third-party payment providers are the user's responsibility. Deposits cannot be reversed once confirmed.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe set by the platform, subject to successful identity verification. Withdrawals may only be made to an account registered in the same user's name. 42200 reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending the outcome of an investigation if suspicious activity is detected.
Bonuses and promotions are subject to separately specified wagering (turnover) requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly without meeting the stated conditions. For full details on bonus terms, please refer to the Promotions or contact our support team.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
42200 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical errors, or data loss. The platform is provided "as is" without any guarantee of continuous availability.
All content on the 42200 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software and databases — is the exclusive property of 42200 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify or exploit any such content without prior written consent.
The 42200 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers. 42200 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
42200 reserves the right to modify, add or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time in response to business requirements or legal changes. Any amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Users who continue to use the platform after such changes are deemed to have accepted the revised terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through courts with jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any such disputes.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed void to the extent necessary, while the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
